Dr. Bruty offers patient appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Bruty, please contact her office at 214-842-6676. Telephone hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm. The office is closed on Friday.
Once you have scheduled a new patient appointment with Dr. Bruty, you will receive an email confirming your appointment date and time. The email will also include the new patient information form (below) and additional new patient paperwork for you to print, complete and bring to your appointment. Completion of the new patient paperwork prior to the appointment will allow Dr. Bruty more time to get to know you and will avoid using your evaluation time to complete the paperwork.
